Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at an authorized drop-off location and retain your receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
