We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer a lifetime warranty on your products?
Yes, Mackage offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for our down-filled coats. This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper care.
